Lifting, eating, and the Rosary
Hopped right back into the push, pull legs routine as soon as I got home. My diet has consisted of whatever the hell I have wanted and no limit on how much I want at that particular time lol. We are hitting the gym on a 6 day a week basis (Sundays off) and they consist of about 1.5 to 1.75 hours per session. I have no plans to reign in my diet at this point. A year lost, a life found
